Segmentable bends at standard angles allow field adjustments without the need for precise surveying of every pipeline direction change before bidding. That flexibility simplifies planning, reduces delays, and improves constructability during installation.
Custom-built bending equipment produces X-80 grade pipe bends with minimal thinning and distortion while maintaining strict quality control. In many cases, the process also improves the mechanical and metallurgical properties of the original pipe material.
